I love being a mother, but I could not help but feel the stress and anxiety with my constant to-do list, and feeling like I was not getting anything accomplished. I was running circles, even worse I felt like I was missing out on the joys of motherhood. That's when my friend referred Autumn Decosta to me. My life and my families life has improved dramatically. Working together as a team with Autumn, I was able to set priorities and to focus on the really important things in life. We were able to create a plan allowing me to get things done and to let go of the many to-do items I was not able to accomplish that day and not feel guilty about it. This has allowed me to enjoy my life and enjoy being a mother again. I have sense referred her to many of my friends that have children and are trying to juggle life at the same time. In my up bringing a woman was always concerned about everyone elses needs and she came last. By that time there wasnt much energy or resorces left. There is a phrase one cant give from an empty cup perhaps I can rebutle that phrase and learn healthy ways to fill up my cup.
